RouteSmart will perform critical maintenance to our production RaaS servers on Thursday, September 25, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM EDT. We anticipate that this maintenance will take about 1 hour and during this period of time, RaaS services will be unavailable.

Please note this scheduled down time and make arrangements to run RaaS jobs outside of the scheduled window of maintenance. Thank you.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance in RouteSmart Online on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time.

During this time, the system will be unavailable, so please plan accordingly and adjust any scheduled RouteSmart Online file uploads to avoid disruptions.

Important: Any optimizations not completed prior to the start of the maintenance window at 5:00PM will be automatically cancelled.
